Concert Home Piano Live

Merci pour votre intérêt à accueillir un concert Home Piano Live. Voici les principes qui encadrent l’organisation :

Le lieu
L’événement se déroule dans un espace convivial et adapté à un concert de piano solo : salon d’une maison, jardin, salle de réception.
La communication
Les hôtes assurent l’invitation de leurs proches, avec l’aide des éléments de communication que je mets à disposition.
Le public
La jauge idéale est comprise entre 35 et 45 personnes, hôtes inclus.
La participation
Le tarif d’entrée est fixé à 15 € par personne, soit une recette totale comprise entre 495 € et 645 € pour la soirée.
Les modalités de règlement
Deux options au choix :
1. Paiement direct des invités à l’arrivée, via un terminal de carte bancaire mis à disposition.
2. Paiement en espèces collectées dans un chapeau. Dans ce cas, les hôtes conservent la somme et l’association qui encadre mes projets leur adresse une facture du même montant.

Thank you for your interest in hosting a Home Piano Live concert. Here are the main guidelines for organizing the event:

The venue
The concert takes place in a welcoming space suitable for a solo piano performance: a living room, a garden, or a reception hall.
Communication
Hosts are in charge of inviting their guests, with the support of communication materials (texts, photos, videos) that I will provide.
Audience
The ideal capacity is between 35 and 45 people, including the hosts.
Contribution
The ticket price is set at €15 per person, which represents a total income of €495 to €645 for the evening.
Payment options
Two options are available:
1. Direct payment by guests upon arrival via a card reader provided for the event.
2. Cash payment collected in a hat. In this case, the hosts keep the cash, and the non-profit association managing my projects will send them an invoice for the same amount.
